About the Classes

These classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our life and develop inner peace through meditation and Buddhist teachings. Classes consist of two guided meditations and a teaching to help us solve our daily problems and find the lasting happiness we seek.  No previous experience required – beginners welcome. Classes are presented in series, however each class is self contained.  Drop in any week.

Colleen Neely is a long-time Kadampa Buddhist practitioner, who has seen first-hand the benefits of meditation for children and families. Her own daughter, now a well-adjusted teenager, attended the Kid’s Meditation classes at our centre for many years.  Colleen is a teacher for the kids class on Sundays in Vancouver, and is the teacher at our Tsawwassen class.   Children are drawn to Colleen’s natural warmth and humour, and adults are drawn to her sincere and humble example, and her practical teachings.

Class Costs

$12 or 5 class card for $50.  No need to pre-register. Just drop in
